Ingredients:
  • 3 beef sirloin steaks
  • oil, for brushing
  • 75g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 36.80 gm oil
  • 8.85 gm dijon mustard
  • salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare the dressing by whisking together the oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Keep it aside.
  • Trim excess fat from steaks and coat with oil, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot non-stick pan until cooked to your preference. Rest covered before serving.
  • Cook the asparagus in boiling water briefly, then immediately cool in ice water. Let it rest.
  • 1. Drain the asparagus, combine with spinach and tomatoes, then distribute among four plates. 2. Slice the steak and arrange on top of the salad. 3. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy.
