Savory sirloin strips cooked with flavorful seasonings, onions, peppers, and creamy mushroom sauce for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1.5 pounds top sirloin - cut into 2 inch strips
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Add sliced sirloin seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. Saute and stir for 5 to 10 minutes until meat is well browned.
  • Add the onions and saute for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in the chile peppers OR bell peppers, tomatoes, soup, and milk, mixing well. Simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
