Elevate your steak with a bold and balanced seasoning blend, perfect for beef, veggies, salmon, and beyond!
Ingredients:
  • 32g coarse kosher salt (2 tablespoons of Morton's or 3 1/2 tablespoons of Diamond Crystal, see recipe note)
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder (see recipe note)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion powder (see recipe note)
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Transfer the seasoning to an airtight jar or container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months for the best flavor.
  • For elevated flavor, generously sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the steak seasoning per pound on all sides of the steaks. Allow the seasoned steaks to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking for optimal results. Let us know how much you enjoyed the recipe by rating it below!
