Delicious teriyaki steak skewers inspired by Chinese restaurant flavors, perfect for appetizers or game day snacking. Versatile for grilling regular steaks too. Family recipe passed down for generations!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 pounds flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 32 wooden skewers (8 inch long) soaked in water
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, olive oil, water, molasses, mustard powder, ginger, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large resealable bag. Shake well to mix. Add steak strips to the bag, seal, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours to marinate.
  • - Preheat the broiler in the oven. Skewer the meat and arrange them on the broiling rack.
  • Broil the steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until deliciously charred. Transfer to a serving platter for an enticing presentation.
