Indulge in a delicious steak sandwich for ultimate satisfaction.
Ingredients:
  • 4 beef minute steaks
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slices thick toast
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Handful mixed leaves
  • Chips, to serve
  • Extra barbecue sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Quickly sear 4 minute steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side to your preferred doneness. Plate the steaks.
  • Cook sliced red onion and tomatoes in the same pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until tender, flipping tomatoes halfway through.
  • Start by creating 8 slices of thick toast. Then, spread barbecue sauce generously over 4 slices. Next, add a handful of mixed leaves, a steak, sliced tomato, and onion on top of the barbecue sauce. Finish by covering each sandwich with the remaining 4 toast slices. Enjoy your delicious steak sandwich!
  • Enjoy with a side of chips and additional sauce of your preference.
