Tender beef steak tips marinated in sweet and tangy flavors, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak tips
  • 1 cup beef broth, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, molasses, sesame oil, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and pepper in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add steak tips and mix well to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Remove the steak tips from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Discard the marinade. Place the steak tips in a baking dish and add beef broth to cover the bottom.
  • Roast in the oven until steak tips are warm, slightly pink in the middle, and just starting to firm up, for approximately 25 minutes. Remember to flip them halfway through. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure a medium doneness with a reading of 140°F (60°C).
