Steamed tuna with rich ginger-soy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds fresh tuna steaks
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup sherry
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup minced fresh ginger root
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • Steam tuna steaks over boiling water and cover until cooked, around 6 to 8 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork.
  • In a medium saucepan, let the magic happen as soy sauce, sherry, vegetable oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper come together to create a flavorful symphony. Bring everything to a delightful boil.
  • Transfer the tender tuna steaks from the steamer to a beautiful serving dish. Drizzle the delectable sauce over the tuna steaks and serve promptly.
