Quick and easy tuna sauce over steamed broccoli ready in 15 minutes - ideal for a busy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna packed in oil, drained
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Prepare a steamer by filling a saucepan with water, ensuring it is just below the steamer insert. Bring the water to a boil, then steam the broccoli until tender for 2 to 6 minutes. Transfer the broccoli to a serving bowl and mix in butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, warm up the tuna, teriyaki sauce, and garlic powder. Stir occasionally until the tuna is heated through, around 5 minutes. Pour the savory tuna mixture over the broccoli and enjoy.
