Vibrant stir-fried vegetables elevate any dish with ease.
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin batons
  • 1/2 green capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 3 broccoli florets, broken into small pieces
  • 3 cauliflower florets, broken into small pieces
  • 1000.00 ml mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 snow peas, sliced lengthways
  • 6 green beans, cut into 5cm lengths
  • 2 sticks celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • pinch chilli powder, optional
  • 450g can chopped tomatoes
Instructions:
  • Add all ingredients to a wok set over gentle heat. Cover and gently cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Pair with grilled beef, chicken, lamb, or pork for a delightful combination.
