Easy Steamed Salmon with Vegetables

Quick and healthy wok meal: steam salmon and stir-fry veggies in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 (8 ounce) salmon fillets, thawed if frozen
  • 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
  • Mix together the hoisin sauce and Sriracha in a small bowl until well combined using a fork.
  • Set up a steamer in a wok over boiling water.
  • Lay the salmon on the steamer and brush generously with the flavorful hoisin sauce. Steam covered until the fish easily flakes with a fork, about 7 to 10 minutes. Plate the salmon and lift off the steamer.
  • Discard water and heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add stir-fry vegetables with remaining hoisin mixture; cook until tender, for about 5 minutes. Enjoy with salmon.
