Succulent Cantonese roasted chicken made easily in one pan with just seven ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 4 chicken thigh cutlets, skin on
  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 120g packet Cantonese chicken stir-fry sauce
  • 1 large orange, thickly sliced
  • 1 bunch baby pak choy, halved
  • 150g green beans, trimmed
  • Steamed brown rice or white rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C (160C for fan-forced ovens).
  • Place the chicken pieces in a spacious roasting pan and generously pour the sauce over them. Ensure the chicken is well coated before adding the orange slices to the pan. Roast for 40 minutes, occasionally basting the chicken while it cooks.
  • Toss in pak choy and beans, then roast for an additional 15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  • Enjoy a delicious plate of chicken alongside fresh vegetables and fluffy steamed rice.
