Delight your loved ones with these tantalizing Sticky Asian Chicken Wings paired with flavorful Coleslaw.
Ingredients:
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 82.50 gm orange marmalade
  • 89.38 gm honey
  • 40.00 ml kecap manis
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 20.00 ml grated fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 2kg RSPCA approved chicken wings
  • 400g packet Brand Asian salad or stir-fry mix
  • 375.00 ml coriander leaves
  • Lime wedges, to serve
  • 21.00 gm lime juice
  • 24.40 gm fish sauce
  • 8.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • In a shallow dish, mix together garlic, marmalade, honey, kecap manis, soy sauce, ginger, and Chinese five spice. Add chicken and coat evenly. Refrigerate overnight for optimum flavor.
  • Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). Arrange the chicken and marinade in a single layer on a large baking tray. Roast for 45 minutes, basting halfway through, then turn and roast for 15 more minutes. Finally, turn and roast for another 15 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
  • Combine the dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously until fully mixed.
  • In a bowl, combine the salad mix and coriander. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently until coated. Serve the chicken alongside the salad with lime wedges.
