Sticky chicken wings with crispy spinach and apple salad - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1kg Grill RSPCA Approved Australian Chicken Wings with Honey & Soy Marinade
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 120g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 limes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the chicken on the lined tray and bake for 30-35 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Submerge the spring onion in a bowl filled with ice water and set aside for 10 minutes until they curl up. Once curled, drain them. In a separate bowl, mix together the spinach, apple, and half of the curled spring onions. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the salad and toss everything together. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
  • Garnish the chicken with the rest of the spring onion curls and serve alongside the salad and lime wedges.
