Sticky kickin' wings

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 4 large chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 fresh red chilli
  • 2 spring onions
Instructions:
  • Toast sesame seeds in a 20cm non-stick frying pan over medium heat until lightly golden, then transfer to a plate. Keep the pan on the heat and add wings, letting them cook for 1 minute on each side. Pour in teriyaki sauce and enough water to cover the wings. Halve chili lengthwise and put it in the pan. Simmer for 35 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is tender and sauce is sticky, turning occasionally. Sprinkle red wine vinegar in the pan to deglaze. Slice spring onions and add them along with toasted sesame seeds to the chicken. Serve and enjoy!
