Whip up a quick and delicious stir-fry in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 13.80 gm olive oil
  • 400g beef rump steak, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch Chinese broccoli, stems and leaves separated
  • 160g Inspirations Teriyaki Sesame
  • 125.00 ml unsalted cashews, toasted
  • 190g dried thin Chinese egg noodles
Instructions:
  • Heat half of the oil in a wok or large deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry half of the beef for 2 minutes, then transfer to a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining oil and beef.
  • In the wok, heat the remaining oil until sizzling. Quickly stir-fry the shallot and broccoli stems for 1 minute. Toss in the broccoli leaves, sauce, cashews, and beef. Stir-fry for another minute until the leaves are tender and the sauce is warm. Finish with a sprinkle of pepper.
  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain them.
  • Divide the noodles into 4 nests, then arrange them on serving plates. Serve the stir-fry evenly among the plates.
