Effortless stir-fry side dish with a delicious sweet and spicy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cups broccoli flowerets (1 pound)
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
  • Combine creamy butter, rich brown sugar, and tangy mustard in a bowl; set aside.
  • In a 10-inch skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute. Pour in 3 tablespoons of water, cover, and cook for about 3 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  • Mix in the butter mixture and 1 tablespoon of water until the broccoli is evenly coated.
