Delight in effortless no-bake chocolate fridge cake with dried fruit, nuts, gingernuts, and marshmallows for a customizable treat using pantry essentials.
Ingredients:
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g unsalted buttter (cold)
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • 200 g gingernut biscuits
  • 200 g peanut & raisin mix
  • 200 g marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Break the chocolate into a heatproof bowl. Chop the butter, add with a pinch of sea salt and golden syrup, then melt over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave. Break the biscuits into chunks, saving some for later. Chop peanuts, dried fruit, and marshmallows. Stir everything into the melted chocolate. Line a container with baking paper. Spoon the mixture into the container and chill for 4 hours. Turn out the chilled mixture, sprinkle with reserved biscuit crumb, and cut into slices. Enjoy within 5 days!
