Strawberry & coconut milk popsicles

Chill out with refreshing, nutritious popsicles this summer!
Ingredients:
  • 400ml can coconut milk
  • 250g punnet fresh strawberries, hulled,
  • 170g (1/2 cup) Henry Jones ® & Co Fruit & Chia Spread Jam Raspberry & Chia seeds
Instructions:
  • Combine the coconut milk, strawberries, and jam in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into six ice block moulds (125ml each) and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
