Wholesome protein shake with strawberries, banana, soy milk, flax seeds, and whey powder for a delicious morning boost.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 teaspoons flax seeds
  • 0.5 cup soy milk
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 banana
  • 4 strawberries, frozen
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
Instructions:
  • Grind flax seeds in a food processor or coffee grinder until fine.
  • In a blender, mix together soy milk, orange juice, banana, strawberries, whew protein powder, ground flax seeds, and flax seed oil until creamy.
