Sweet strawberry blancmange - a delectable, creamy dessert for any time of day.
Ingredients:
  • 85g packet strawberry jelly crystals
  • 375ml can evaporated milk
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, add jelly crystals and pour in 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir until crystals are completely dissolved.
  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then incorporate the evaporated milk by stirring until well combined.
  • On a baking tray, set down three 150ml bear moulds* and pour the mixture into each mould. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Unmould each serving onto a plate for an elegant presentation.
