Make quick and scrumptious strawberry blossoms with just 4 ingredients in 20 minutes. Perfect fruity dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 12 large fresh strawberries, rinsed
  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
Instructions:
  • Remove stems from strawberries to create a flat base. Place strawberries on cutting surface, pointed end up. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each strawberry in half vertically, stopping 1/4 inch before the base. Cut each half into 3 wedges to create 6 petals. Gently separate the petals.
  • Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and sour cream in a small bowl, beating until creamy and smooth. Using a pastry bag with a star tip or a small spoon, fill strawberries with the delightful cream cheese mixture.
