Create the ultimate strawberry cake using white cake mix and strawberry gelatin mix for a delectable treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O®
  • 0.66666668653488 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 ounces frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 cup buttermilk
Instructions:
  • Defrost and remove excess liquid from the frozen strawberries.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch cake pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together white cake mix, strawberry gelatin, oil, eggs, flour, thawed strawberries, and buttermilk until just mixed. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 to 35 minutes.
