Elevate your cosmopolitans with a luscious strawberry vodka puree and fresh strawberry garnish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup vodka (2 oz)
  • 6 tablespoons strawberry puree
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 strawberry, cut in half
Instructions:
  • Sprinkle sugar on a saucer or small plate. Moisten the rim of a chilled martini glass by rubbing it with a lime wedge, then dip the rim in the sugar.
  • Combine vodka, strawberry puree, simple syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well mixed. Strain mixture into a glass, discarding the ice. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
