Delight brunch guests with a fluffy oven pancake bursting with juicy strawberries.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 to 2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. In a 2-quart saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Reduce heat and quickly stir in baking mix until a cohesive ball forms. Remove from heat.
  • Using a spoon, incorporate eggs into the mixture, adding 2 at a time, until the dough becomes smooth and glossy after each addition. Spread the dough in the pan without extending it up the sides.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the center is puffed and dry. Spread pie filling over the pancake as soon as it's done baking, then cut into rectangles and serve right away.
