Tart shells filled with creamy mascarpone and ricotta mixture, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream - a quick and delightful dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 7 strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package mascarpone cheese
  • 0.5 cup confectioners' sugar, divided
  • 0.33333334326744 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 6 prepared tart shells
Instructions:
  • Mix together the strawberries and sugar in a bowl, then set aside to use as a topping.
  • Combine mascarpone cheese, 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, ricotta cheese, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl to create a delectable filling. Set aside for later use.
  • Using an electric mixer, whip the rest of the confectioners' sugar and heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form. Transfer the whipped cream to a pastry bag and refrigerate.
  • Place tart shells in a row and generously fill each with creamy ricotta cheese. Spoon over the luscious strawberry mixture and artfully swirl a dollop of chilled whipped cream on top.
