Elevate Jell-O with strawberries, marshmallows, and a hint of lemon for a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®)
  • 1 (6 ounce) package lemon-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®)
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 6 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 0.5 cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Combine strawberry and lemon-flavored gelatin in a bowl. Add boiling water and stir for at least 2 minutes until gelatin dissolves. Pour in cold water and mix until fully combined.
  • Transfer the gelatin mixture into a mold or leave it in the bowl and refrigerate until it partially sets, about 1 1/2 hours. Add in the strawberries and marshmallows, then refrigerate again until fully set, approximately 2 1/2 hours.
