Whip up a delicious Strawberry Lemonade Yogurt Cake - a soft and easy treat perfect for potlucks.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 5 ounces sweetened yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.75 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 (.23 ounce) package powdered strawberry-lemonade mix
  • 0.5 cup milk
Instructions:
  • - Preheat your oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  • Cream together sugar and butter in a bowl with an electric mixer until creamy; mix in yogurt until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Combine flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Mix in the butter mixture, then add lemonade mix and stir until combined. Pour in the milk and mix until smooth. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes before slicing.
