Strawberry mango margaritas

Enjoy refreshing seasonal fruit margaritas by Katie Quinn Davies.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 250g punnets strawberries, hulled
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 long green chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped
  • 60ml liqueur
  • 185ml tequila
Instructions:
  • Blend together strawberries, mango, lime juice, and chili in a food processor until velvety.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add half of the fruit mixture, 1 1/2 tablespoons of triple sec, and half of the tequila. Shake vigorously and strain into chilled glasses. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients and enjoy your delicious cocktails.
