Cheesy mouse-shaped bites that kids will devour.
Ingredients:
  • 3 strawberries
  • 12 currants
  • 36cm licorice strap
  • Swiss cheese, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare the strawberries by washing, hulling, and halving them. Place the halves cut-side down on a clean surface. Make two slits on the pointy end of each half and insert 1 currant into each slit for eyes. Cut 6cm-long strips of licorice strap to make tails and insert one strip into the back of each strawberry half. Make two slits above the currants and insert flaked almond pieces to make ears. Serve with Swiss cheese on the side, if desired.
