"Delicious strawberry and nut bread with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon."
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 1.25 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease 2 9x5 inch loaf pans.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and sugar by sifting them together. Create a well in the center. Mix eggs and oil together, then pour into the well. Stir until just moistened. Gently fold in strawberries and nuts. Pour the batter into prepared pans, filling each no more than halfway.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 20 to 30 minutes before removing from pans, then transfer to a rack to cool completely before slicing.
