Strawberry Spritzers

Whip up a quick and delicious fruit spritzer in the blender to impress your guests!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1 bottle (750 milliliters) dry white wine, chilled
  • 1 bottle (1 liter) sparkling water or mineral water, chilled
  • Whole strawberries, if desired
  • Mint leaves, if desired
Instructions:
  • Blend fresh strawberry halves and a splash of liqueur in a blender on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Divide the strawberry mixture evenly among 8 glasses filled with ice. Gently mix wine and mineral water into each glass.
  • Decorate the rim of the glass with a fresh strawberry and fragrant mint leaves.
