Indulge in gourmet crepes for a decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 to 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries, sliced, or 1 box (10 oz) frozen strawberries, partially thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Combine all crepe ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well blended. Grease a 6- or 7-inch skillet with shortening or cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the skillet for each crepe, swirling the skillet to evenly cover the bottom with batter. Cook until golden brown, then carefully flip using a metal spatula and cook the other side until golden brown as well. Stack the crepes with waxed paper in between to prevent sticking and keep them covered to maintain moisture.
  • Whip cream and sugar in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form. Spread 3 tablespoons of whipped cream down the center of each crepe, top with banana slices, roll up, and finish with whipped cream, strawberries, and walnuts. Enjoy!
