Strawberry-Banana-Tahini Pops

Create vegan Tahini Strawberry-Banana Ice Pops with vanilla, brown sugar, and chocolate chips for a delectable treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ripe bananas
  • 0.5 pound ripe strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon vegan brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup vegan mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and slice bananas, then arrange on the baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Blend strawberries until slightly chunky, then transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  • In a blender, combine frozen banana slices, tahini, vanilla extract, and brown sugar; blend until creamy.
  • Pour the blended strawberries into each ice pop mold, filling them 1/4 full. Top off with the banana-tahini mixture until molds are 3/4 full, then sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top. Insert sticks and freeze for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
