Indulge in rich, moist brownies with a strawberry twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F and generously grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray or shortening.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to blend brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs for 1 minute, pausing to scrape the bowl. Then add strawberries and continue mixing for 2 more minutes. Fold in pecans, almonds, and coconut. Transfer the batter to the pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center and 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out almost clean. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • Microwave frosting in a small bowl on High for about 15 seconds until smooth. Spread or drizzle over brownies.
