Energizing strawberry-mint cooler with a zesty kick, perfect for summer sipping or spiking with your favorite spirit!
Ingredients:
  • 18 fresh strawberries, stemmed
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 cups water, divided, or more as needed
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine strawberries, mint, lemon juice, 1 cup water, sugar, and ginger in an electric blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into a pitcher, pour in 5 cups of water, and stir thoroughly. Chill in the refrigerator or enjoy right away over crushed ice.
