Quick and easy fruity spinach salad with sweet citrus dressing. Ready in 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 12 cups bite-size pieces spinach
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
- 6 medium green onions, sliced (6 tablespoons)
Instructions:
- Shake all dressing ingredients vigorously in a tightly covered container.
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss with dressing.
