Effortless entertaining with this refreshing fruity punch!
Ingredients:
  • 1L (4 cups) dry white wine
  • 70g (1/3 cup) caster sugar
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) brandy
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) fresh orange juice
  • 2 red apples, unpeeled, cored, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 2 oranges, peeled, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 1/4 (about 800g) honeydew melon, peeled, deseeded, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 1 x 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, washed, quartered lengthways
  • 750.00 ml ice cubes, to serve
Instructions:
  • Transfer the wine to a serving jug. In a bowl, blend the sugar and brandy until the sugar dissolves. Pour the brandy mixture into the wine and stir well to combine.
  • Combine fresh orange and lemon juices, diced apple, orange segments, melon chunks, and halved strawberries in a bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to enhance flavors and chill.
  • Garnish sangria with ice cubes and serve.
