Quick and easy Strawberry-Rhubarb Dump Cake made with just 6 ingredients in 10 minutes. Betty Crocker™ cake mix for a delicious dessert. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 10 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and cornstarch in a large bowl, then spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix on top, then generously pour melted butter over the mixture, ensuring full coverage.
