Stuffed Chicken

Succulent stuffed chicken with double portions, perfect with rice and veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 onion, finely diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill by lightly oiling it and preheating it to medium high.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a small skillet. Saute onion and celery until tender, then stir in hot sauce and mustard until well combined. Remove from heat.
  • Make pockets in chicken breasts and fill with onion mixture. Sear chicken in a skillet until golden brown, then grill over medium high heat until juices run clear. Serve with remaining onion mixture as a sauce or topping.
