Sesame chili seasoned cod fillets stuffed with leek and mushroom, wrapped in bacon, and grilled for a quick and impressive meal that will wow your guests.
Ingredients:
  • 8 (6 ounce) fillets cod
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 1 ounce enoki mushrooms
Instructions:
  • Preheat the outdoor grill on high heat. Meanwhile, soak toothpicks in water.
  • Brush sesame oil and chili sauce onto one side of each fish fillet. Add leek and mushrooms to one end, then roll up tightly. Wrap each roll with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  • Place the fish on the preheated grill, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Watch out for flare-ups caused by the bacon grease. Flip the fish and continue to cook for another 5 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the fish flakes easily.
