Indulge in customizable stuffed French toast with luscious cream cheese and sweet raspberry jam for a delightful breakfast twist!
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices oatnut bread
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
  • Take 4 slices of bread and generously spread them with smooth cream cheese. Then, evenly spread raspberry jam on the other 4 slices of bread. Press each cream cheese slice together with a jam slice to create delicious sandwiches.
  • In a medium shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and almond extract until well combined.
  • In a spacious, heavy skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Coat sandwiches evenly in the egg mixture, then place in the skillet. Cook until both sides are golden brown, approximately 2 to 4 minutes per side.
