De-seed jalapenos for milder, stuffed chicken poppers with cheese and beans.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (12 ounce) jars whole jalapeno peppers - drained, halved and seeded
  • 1 (9 ounce) can bean dip
  • 1 (4.25 ounce) can chicken spread
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and give your cookie sheet a light greasing.
  • Carefully drain, halve, seed, and rinse jalapeno peppers. Pat dry on paper towels. Wear plastic gloves to avoid irritation from the peppers.
  • Mix bean dip and chicken spread in a small bowl. Fill the peppers with the mixture, top with cheese, and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Garnish the stuffed jalapenos with a dollop of sour cream right before serving.
