Simple yet flavorful pork chops stuffed with breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, and spices, cooked in savory beef broth.
Ingredients:
  • 4 thick cut pork chops
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter, divided
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 cup beef broth
Instructions:
  • 1. Create pockets in the pork chops by making slits in the fat end. 2. Mix together bread crumbs, sugar, pepper, salt, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, onions, and parsley until well combined. 3. Generously stuff the chops with the mixture and secure them closed with toothpicks.
  • In a skillet, heat the remaining melted butter. Sear the chops over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Pour in the beef broth, simmer over low heat for 30 minutes until tender, turning the chops at least once. Remove toothpicks and drizzle pan juices over the pork chops before serving.
