Cheesy, creamy twice-baked potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream and onion dip
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place the potatoes in a piping hot oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until perfectly cooked.
  • Carefully remove the tops of the potatoes and gently scoop out the inside into a large bowl, keeping the skins intact.
  • Add the cheese to the potato flesh, ensuring it is well mixed with the dip. Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins.
  • Continue baking for an additional 30 minutes or until fully heated.
