Incredible stuffed ribs: succulent ribs filled with homemade dressing, a nostalgic and mouthwatering dish perfect for using up leftover turkey stuffing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (2 pound) slabs baby back pork ribs
  • 8 cups day-old bread cubes
  • 1 celery, diced
  • 0.5 cup minced onion
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
  • Mix 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning, garlic salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Season the meaty side of the ribs with the mixture, then massage it into the meat. Allow the ribs to marinate while preparing the dressing.
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) to create the perfect baking environment.
  • Combine bread cubes, celery, onion, garlic powder, salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly by hand. Pour broth over mixture to moisten the stuffing evenly. Place one rack of ribs on a counter, meaty side down, and generously top with stuffing. Add the second rack of ribs, meaty side up. Securely tie with string in 3 spots. Transfer to a roasting pan on a rack.
  • Bake covered for 1 hour, then uncover and bake for an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown.
