Add this flavorful and unique dish to your spring BBQ spread.
Ingredients:
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 65.63 gm lemon juice
  • 20.00 ml sumac (see note)
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 750g chicken breast fillets, trimmed, cubed
Instructions:
  • In a large glass or ceramic bowl, mix together garlic, lemon juice, sumac, and oil. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, if possible. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers before grilling.
  • Preheat a greased barbecue plate on high. Thread skewers onto the plate. Lower heat to low. Grill, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. Place on a plate, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
