Summer-perfect grilled pork chops marinated in honey, lemon, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups lemon juice
  • 1.5 cups honey
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried basil
  • 4 center-cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
Instructions:
  • Combine lemon juice, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and basil in a bowl. Transfer half of the marinade to a resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops, remove air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight). Save the rest of the marinade for basting.
  • Get your outdoor grill heating up to medium-high and give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Take the chops out of the bag, discard the old marinade, and generously season them with salt and black pepper.
  • Grill the chops on the preheated grill for 20 to 25 minutes until nicely browned and cooked through. Baste them often with the reserved marinade, ensuring the flavors cook into the chops. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
