Make delicious pork and sprout rice paper rolls for effortless finger food.
Ingredients:
  • 400g pork mince
  • 100.65 gm gluten-free oyster sauce
  • 8 x 22cm rice paper rounds
  • 100g snow pea sprouts
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the mince, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes until golden brown. Season with pepper, then stir in the oyster sauce. Cook for another minute until heated through. Allow to cool before using.
  • 1. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Submerge 1 rice paper round for 20 seconds or until softened. Transfer to a chopping board. Add one-eighth of the mince mixture in the center. Top with one-eighth of sprouts. Roll up, ensuring ends are tucked in. Repeat with remaining rice paper rounds, mince mixture, and sprouts. Cut rolls in half before serving.
