Create a decadent strawberry cream pie by combining Neufchatel cheese, sweetening it, and topping with glazed strawberries in a graham cracker crust. Perfect for summer!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup strawberry glaze
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the pie crust in a preheated oven and bake until lightly browned, for about 5 minutes. Let it cool completely before adding the filling.
  • In a bowl, combine Neufchatel cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until slightly thinned, then spread the mixture onto the pie crust using a spatula.
  • Place the berries on top of the cheese filling in the pie crust with the tips pointing up, gently pressing down to secure them in the filling. Ensure the cheese filling is well covered with the berries.
  • Evenly drizzle the strawberry glaze over the pie.
  • Chill for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
