Nutritious cookie packed with diverse food groups. Easily swap wheat flakes for cornflakes or oats.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup whole wheat flake cereal
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Combine ingredients in the specified order and mix thoroughly.
  • Spoon teaspoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. For a chewy texture, slightly under bake.
